ARC believes in the power of movement to change lives. We are proud to announce our program designed to serve girls and women with special needs in our local Conejo Valley community by empowering through the physical and mental benefits of movement/running AND connection.

This is a free 4 week program designed to support wellness through movement for all levels.  Each session will include an individualized, progressive training program (designed by RRCA, USATF, VDOT, ACSM Certified Coaches and supported by licensed Doctors of Physical Therapy) to develop movement (whether walking or running), pairing with a mentor and building connections and community. Participants will be given an optional home training plan for the week in order to maximize impact.
